We are looking for:
- Dedicated special education teacher aide
- Skill in delivering prepared lessons for classes using a guided curriculum
- Ability to adapt curriculum as needed
- Communication with the program director concerning student needs
- Willingness to be flexible when given feedback to try a different approach
